PROVIDE ADVANCED FIRST AID (HLTAID014)
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to provide an advanced first aid response, including management of the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance.

The unit applies to workers who may be required to provide, coordinate and manage a first aid response across a range of complex situations, including community and workplace settings.
This unit replaces HLTAID003 as a core unit and includes HLTAID003, which is now a pre-requisite unit for both PUASAR022 & PUASAR024
COMMUNICATE IN THE WORKPLACE (RIICOM201E)
This unit describes a participant’s skills and knowledge required to communicate in the workplace within the Resources and Infrastructure Industries. This unit is appropriate for those working in operational roles.
RESPOND TO WORK SITE INCIDENTS (RIIERR301E)
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to respond to work site incidents and establish forward control points in the resources and infrastructure industries.

It applies to those who are working in operational roles. They generally work in teams and have some responsibility for the outcomes of others.
APPLY RISK MANAGEMENT PROCESSES (RIIRIS301E)
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to apply risk management processes in the mining, drilling and civil infrastructure industry.

This unit applies to individuals who contribute to applying risk management processes as part of their responsibilities. This could be an employer, line manager, supervisor, safety representative or employee. This unit applies to those who carry out or assist in carrying out risk assessment in the workplace.
WORK SAFELY & FOLLOW WHS POLICIES & PROCEDURES (RIIWHS201E)
This unit describes a participant’s skills and knowledge required to work safely and follow WHS policies and procedures in the Resources and Infrastructure Industries.
